Scymnus (Pullus) coniferarum Crotch 1875 is widely distributed in states west of the Continental Divide. It previously was collected many times on hard western pine infested with Pineus species adelgids and recently we collected it from western hemlock infested with Adelges tsugae. We have now reared it through one complete generation in the laboratory on A. tsugae and will report on its developmental biology and feeding behavior.
