Best practices in delivering county-wide structural IPM program

Pest management firm must have a designated team for evaluating and presenting the program to the county evaluation committee. Criteria for team selection should include sales, technical and management components. Program overview should include IPM plan, IPM experience or affiliation with recognized green service, IPM service protocols, non-chemical tools and techniques, electronic reporting and introduction of local management team. Vital components for delivering the County-Wide program includes coordination, communication, time and resource management between County IPM coordinators, staff entomologist, regional and local management teams including IPM technician.
