Insect repellent or deterrent chemicals contained in mugwort, Artemisia vulgaris, have received attention from scientists, recently. By partitioning crude extracts and comparative High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography, (HPTLC) we suggest candidate CM feeding deterrents for further analysis.
