Lessons learned from blogging entomology

The NCSU Insect Museum blog was established almost two years ago as a way to raise awareness of this resource in North Carolina, but also as a way to engage citizen scientists and the research community in dialogs about insects, taxonomy, curation practices, and other worthy topics. This talk outlines the resulting discussions, interesting observations, and the lessons learned by us.
