To beter understand the effect of indoxacarb on termite behaviors and control effectiveness, this study investigated how concentration and exposure period affect termite behaviors. Workers of the eastern subterranean termite, Reticulitermes flavipes, were exposed to indoxacarb-treated soil (ppm, w/w) at various concentrations and exposure-periods. Behavior changes and mortality at various post-exposure times were recorded.
