The paper deals with the isolation and pathogenicity test of entomopathogenic fungus isolated from the insect pest of Dalbergia sissoo. The pathogen isolated from the larvae of Plecoptera reflexa was identified as Fusarium spp. Pathogenicity test of isolated microorganism was evaluated by spraying 100 ml of conidial suspension of different concentration on the leaves of Dalbergia sissoo by using an automizer. The suspension of 4x105 spores/ml caused 50% mortality after 120 hours whereas spore suspension of 3x10 5 spores/ml caused 36 % mortality after 120 hours.

Key words: Dalbergia sissoo, Plecoptera reflexa, Pathogenic, Fungus.
