Don Rutz, dar11@cornell.edu, Cornell University, Department of Entomology, 2130 Comstock Hall, Ithaca, NY

Biological control has and continues to be a most significant component of integrated muscoid fly management programs worldwide. Research on this highly effective and extensively used fly management tactic extends back well over 4 decades. This presentation provides an inclusive summary of this worldwide research with particular emphasis on that which was conducted prior to the mid 90's and will include a discussion of parasitoids, predators and pathogens.
