Fall armyworms resistant to Cry1F Bt toxin were evaluated for resistance to pyramided Bt cotton including: Bollgard II, Widestrike, Twinlink, Twinlink Plus and Widestrike 3 technologies.  Cry1F resistant FAW demonstrated the ability to survive on Widestrike (Cry1Ac + Cry1F) cotton leaves and squares, but were highly susceptible to Twinklink Plus (Cry1Ab + Cry2Ae + Vip3A) and Widestrike 3 (Cry1Ac + Cry1F + Vip3A).  On leaf tissue, Cry1F FAW were less susceptible to Bollgard II (Cry1Ac + Cry2Ab) than to Twinlink (Cry1Ab + Cry2Ae), but were more susceptible on squares.
