Orasema (Hymenoptera: Eucharitidae) are a worldwide group of ant parasitoids that specialize on myrmicine ants. We present the results of a number of morphological and molecular approaches (sanger sequencing and anchored enrichment) to understanding the evolution of the group. We will be focused on approaches to understanding their radiation on myrmicine ants and potential shift from the old world to the new world using a dated phylogeny.
