This study shows that the distribution of hairs and the morphology of Haller’s organ and some details of the first leg cannot be seen with light miscopy in the ticks Hyalomma (H.) dromedarii and H. scholzii, ectoparasites of the Saudi Arabian camel (Camelus dromedarius). Therefore, the two species of Hyalomma were compared with scanning electron microscopy.
