An overview of the taxonomic status of genus Plega Navás (Mantispidae: Symphrasinae)

The taxonomic status of the species of the genus Plega Navás (Mantispidae) will be presented. Comments will be made on the identity of species, with emphasis on what species have an unambiguous identity (either as described or new to science) and species that require further study, particularly of type specimens, in order to clarify their status as valid or potential synonyms.
