Results of survey work on the Coniopterygidae of tropical dry forests of the Mexican Pacific will be presented. Sampling was carried out mainly with black light traps in eight localities of the Mexican states of Sonora, Nayarit, Jalisco, Colima, Guerrero, Morelos, and Oaxaca.  Of a total of 637 examined specimens, 30 species were determined (15 identified, 15 new to science).  The pattern of abundance through time, as well as a beta diversity analysis comparing localities will be presented.
