A study was conducted to determine factors affecting establishment of two species of introduced predators (Sasajiscymnus tsugae and Laricobius nigrinus) of hemlock woolly adelgid (Adelges tsugae) on eastern hemlock. Several significant correlations were found between presence of S. tsugae, as well as the numbers of adults and larvae, and the year of predator release and temperature variables. Results will be presented and discussed.
