Effective, Sustainable IPM Programs/Coalitions

This session will provide information on both the successes of school IPM programs and coalitions as well as the challenges associated with these programs.   Successes include reduction in pest populations and pesticide applications in addition to strengthening partnerships to increase the adoption of school IPM programs.  Challenges are numerous, but the most daunting is convincing individuals that IPM is an economical best management practice approach to pest management in schools.
