The brown marmorated stink bug (Halyomorpha halys) is an economically important invasive species introduced to the United States in 1996.  The use of biological control is vital in the effort to control this pest.  We have surveyed indigenous natural enemies of the brown marmorated stink bug in different ornamental nursery systems and viewed mortality factors of naturally laid and sentinel egg masses to determine potential key sources of mortality.  With the use of these methods we can better understand the impact of both predators and parasitoids on BMSB populations.
