Impact of Bt corn on bollworm, Helicoverpa zea, survivorship in Bollgard II cotton

Bollworm larvae were collected from Non-Bt and dual-gene Bt field corn. Reciprocal crosses were arranged to evaluate any fitness costs associated with development on Bt corn tissue and to ascertain a dose response curve for larvae on lyophilized BollGard II plant tissue.
