D0224 Screening for novel sources of resistance in soybean germplasm against soybean aphid

Due to the phenomenon of biotype emergence, soybean aphid has been become increasingly difficult to control. Considering the enormous importance of soybean crop, there is a need to look for novel sources of resistance to control this dreadful pest. We have screened more than 1000 plant introductions for their resistance against soybean aphid.
