Heteranassa (Smith) is a genus of moths native to the deserts of the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. There are currently two recognized species in the genus, with one recent synonymy. I intend to review the literature related to this group, examine museum specimens of Heteranassa, including type material. This will allow me to study and clarify the relationships between the species of Heteranassa. A review of the natural history of the group will also be provided.
