During embryogenesis of paurometabolous insects, the sesquiterpenoid hormone, juvenile hormone, appears through embryogenesis. The titers of JH were collected from five different stages. We found in the highest peak of the JH titer after observation of the dorsal closure once. The explore of the JH titer brought back into the lower JH titer until they hatched into the first instar.
