The Storgard® Dome™ Trap, considered the industry standard for monitoring stored-product beetles, has been significantly improved. An optimized climbing surface, improved lure holder and new locking mechanism have increased the ability of this trap to provide precision monitoring. Further improvements were made by supplementing the currently used oil based kairomone with a newly discovered component that has doubled the effectiveness kairomone for monitoring Tribolium spp.

Species 1: Coleoptera Tenebrionidae Tribolium castaneum (red flour beetle)
Keywords: pheromone trapping, insect detection
