A new species of nematode, Rhabditis rainai n. sp. was discovered in Formosan subterranean termites, Coptotermes formosanus. Nematode infested termites were collected from independent termite monitors shortly following the application of imidacloprid foam to termite infested trees. Details of nematode termite interactions are provided.

Species 1: Isoptera Rhinotermitidae Coptotermes formosanus (Formosan Subterranean Termite)
