The 81 world species of Spelobia Spuler are revised, with the description of 17 new species. Relationships within and between the three subgenera and five species groups are assessed on the basis of morphological characters, especially the character-rich male and female terminalia. The monophyly of Spelobia is reassessed, and further evidence is provided for a sister group relationship between Pullimosina Rohácek and Spelobia.
