Despite Japanese beetle's importance as a landscape pest, there is little information about the residual toxicity and antifeedant activity of reduced-risk insecticides compared to carbaryl, the current standard. This research compared effectiveness of 3, 7, 14, and 21-d residues of selected pyrethroids, azadiractin, and home garden products for managing Japanese beetle on linden in landscape settings.
Species 1: Coleoptera Scarabaeidae
Popillia japonica (Japanese beetle)
