RPS3 is a ribosomal protein, which is on the small subunit. It may be involved in DNA repair. We treated C7-10 cells with UV light to cause DNA damage. We then performed Northern blot to examine RPS3 expression at different intervals after UV treatment. We also made RPS3-GST fusion protein to examine the repair function.

Species 1: Diptera Culicidae Aedes albopictus (Forest day mosquito)
Keywords: RPS3, DNA repair
