Wing morph production in the soybean aphid

Wing morph production in aphids is a phenotypic trait in response to unfavourable environmental conditions. We investigated, both in the laboratory and under field conditions, the interaction between seasonal host-plant nutritional quality, crowding, and predation risk in several clones of the soybean aphid.
