Can discovery-based undergraduate programs benefit Collaborative Research Support Programs (CRSPs)? View from a CRSP project manager and former project director

One often overlooked opportunity for strengthening host country capacity in IPM are undergraduate students. Host country undergraduates and U.S. undergraduates have much to teach each other in a mentored-research format. The work of both host country and U.S. students, as communicators of research results, can result in behavioral changes on the part of the beneficiaries.
