Snappy snippets on milkweed butterfly biology

Beginning with near self-destruction in Highlands County, Florida to definitely poisoned caterpillars in Suwannee County, to nearly getting shot in Kansas and to adventures in the Sierra Nevada, I will recount highlights of 50 years of research with milkweeds, monarch butterflies and barfing Blue Jays.
