Production and seasonal occurrence of mosquitoes (Diptera: Culicidae) at the Eufaula National Wildlife Refuge, Alabama

Mosquitoes were collected from the Eufaula National Wildlife Refuge in Barbour County, Alabama using New Jersey and CDC miniature light traps baited with dry ice as a source of CO2. Collections were compared with weather data to determine a correlation between mosquito abundance and temperature and rainfall.
