Termite response to extract of wood decayed with Gloeophyllum trabeum

Spruce boards decayed with Brown Rot fungi was extracted with acetone and separated using silica gel. The separated fractions were subjected to bioassay with C. formosanus using cellulose strips for their attractant and feeding stimulant properties.
