Analysis of the calling songs of Platypleura hirtipennis(Germar, 1834) and P. plumosa (Germar, 1834) (Homoptera: Cicadidae)

An acoustic analysis of the callings songs of Platypleura hirtipennis and P. plumosa was performed to determine if both are valid species.
Species 1: Homoptera Cicadidae Platypleura hirtipennis
Species 2: Homoptera Cicadidae Platypleura plumosa
