Female OFM adults (alone or paired with males) were monitored daily for fecundity, and eggs were collected and observed for evidence of fertility. Five treatments were employed: unmated females, 0-day old, 2-day old, 4-day old, and 6-day old females. All males were 0 to 24 hours old. Female longevity and ovipositional timing data were also collected. Implications of the results in the context of mating disruption control techniques were considered.
