Chrysopa pallens eggs were stored for 10days at 10-12oC without any marked reduction in percent hatch. However when eggs were stored for various periods at 4oC and 8oC the hatch was significantly reduced. Mature pupae in the cocoon withstood storage for 45days at 4oC and 80days at 8oC. Adults were stored at low temperature 8oC under shot day lengths(10:14[L:D] h) for 90days. The poststorage oviposition rate was high and declined only when adults had been stored for 90days.
